Q: Is it ok if I did my Metabolic Balance training with another consultant?
A: Yes sure! All I need to start you on the path to success is your original plan, so that I can see what items are on your list, and tailor the weekly menu’s to you and your needs.

A: No worries! Just drop me a line, and I’ll send it to you in digital form, no problem.
Q: What is Metabolic Balance?
A: Metabolic Balance offers you a solution to eat clean, improve your metabolism and gently adjust your weight. metabolic balance is an individually tailored food trainings programme, developed by doctors. For more information: www.metabolic-balance.com
Q: Will this program be offered again?
A: The Kick Start programme will probably be offered again in Spring and Autumn, but we cannot confirm this yet. Drop me a line if you want to join on the next Kick Start, so we can update you on new Kick Starts planned.
Q: What if I am on holiday or start later?
A: Unfortunately the timing for the Kick Start is set. If you are unable to join this time, you may join later in the year, in the Spring or Autumn when we plan other Kick Starts.
Q: Do I have to have done metabolic balanced diet before?
A: Yes, this programme is only available for people who have done metabolic balance before and have experienced what clean eating can do for their overall welbeing, their health and their mood.
